

8-Week Course

The upcoming 8-week course will run on Wednesday April 9th 2025 and ends on Wednesday May 28th 2025. It will start at 6:30 PM and end at 9:00 PM.
Attendance at all weekly sessions, as well as the day-long retreat is highly recommended in order to maximize your experience. Each participant is also requested to make time for home practice for 30-45 minutes six days a week.
You will need to bring a yoga mat, blanket, small cushion or pillow.
